About Top Class Care
We started with one belief: that people who need support should still get to decide how their life looks. Everything we do follows from that.
Built by people who have done the shifts
Top Class Care was founded in Huncote, Leicestershire by care professionals who had spent years working in services where the paperwork came first and the person came second. We set out to build the opposite.
From that first Leicestershire base we've grown to run supported living homes in London, Birmingham and Northampton, working alongside local authorities, NHS teams, families and advocates.
We stay deliberately close to the people we support. Managers know residents by name, not by reference number, and our directors still visit every service.
Our mission
To provide supported living and residential care that helps adults live the most independent, connected and dignified life they can โ with support that flexes as their needs change, not one that boxes them in.
Our vision
A care sector where a support plan reads like a person's own ambitions written down, and where the quality of someone's day never depends on which member of staff is on shift.
Our values
These aren't posters on a wall. They're the questions our managers ask in supervision.
Compassion
We treat every person as we would want a member of our own family treated. Kindness is a professional standard, not a bonus.
Independence
We do things with people rather than for them, and we celebrate every skill someone regains or discovers.
Safety
Robust safeguarding, thorough risk assessment and an open culture where concerns are raised early and acted on.
Transparency
Families and commissioners get honest updates โ including when things go wrong and what we're doing about it.
Inclusion
Culture, faith, language, sexuality and identity shape how someone wants to be supported. We plan around them.
Improvement
We audit ourselves, act on feedback and invest in training rather than waiting for an inspection to tell us what to fix.
Trained, checked and properly supported
Great care depends entirely on the people delivering it, so we recruit for values first and train hard for skills.
