Who we are

Support built around the person, not the paperwork

We are a Leicestershire-based provider of supported living and residential care, with homes and services in London, Birmingham and Northampton. Our teams work with adults living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities and age-related conditions.

  • Small, consistent teams so people see familiar faces
  • Support plans written with the person, their family and their social worker
  • Homes chosen for their community, not just their capacity
  • Clear, honest communication with families and commissioners

How referrals work

From first call to moving in

A clear, four-stage process. Order matters here — each stage has to be signed off before the next begins.

1

Enquiry

Call or email us with an outline of the person's needs. We respond within one working day.

2

Assessment

We meet the person, their family and professionals to understand needs, risks and aspirations.

3

Support plan

We agree a written plan, staffing ratio, funding and a transition timetable with everyone involved.

4

Moving in

A phased, unhurried transition with visits first, then overnight stays, then the move itself.

Feedback

What families tell us

“My brother has his own flat and his own routine for the first time in his adult life. The team knew when to step in and, just as importantly, when to step back.”

— Family member, Birmingham

“Communication has been the difference. We get a call when something changes, not three weeks later on a review form.”

— Daughter of a resident, Leicestershire

“The staff are consistent and they clearly know the people they support. That continuity has made placements far more stable.”

— Commissioning officer, Northampton
