Our services
Seven ways we support adults to live well โ from a few visiting hours a week to full 24-hour residential care.
Supported living
You hold your own tenancy and your own front door. We provide the support that makes independent living work โ as much or as little as you need, adjusted as your confidence grows.
- Individual or shared homes with your own tenancy agreement
- Support with cooking, cleaning, laundry and household routines
- Budgeting, benefits, bills and correspondence
- Medication prompting or full administration
- Getting to appointments, work, college and social activities
- Overnight support: sleep-in or waking night as required
Available in: Leicestershire, London, Birmingham and Northampton.
Refer to this serviceResidential care homes
For people who need staff on hand around the clock, our care homes offer full personal care in a setting that still feels domestic rather than clinical.
- 24-hour on-site staffing including waking nights
- Personal care: washing, dressing, continence support, mobility
- Home-cooked meals with dietary, cultural and religious needs met
- Daily activities, outings and one-to-one time
- Coordination with GPs, district nurses, dietitians and therapists
- Open visiting arranged around the resident, not the rota
Complex & specialist care
Where needs are higher, our staffing and training go up to match. We support placements that other providers have found difficult to sustain.
- Positive Behaviour Support plans written with a specialist practitioner
- Autism-informed environments and predictable routines
- Mental health step-down from hospital and relapse prevention
- Support for people subject to CTOs, DoLS or Court of Protection orders
- PEG feeding, epilepsy management and other health-led protocols
- 1:1 and 2:1 staffing where the assessment supports it
Domiciliary & home care
Support in the home you already live in, at the times that suit your day. From a half-hour morning call to several visits daily.
- Personal care and help getting up or going to bed
- Meal preparation and support to eat and drink well
- Medication prompting and collection of prescriptions
- Shopping, housework and errands
- Companionship visits and support to get out and about
- Live-in care where a visiting service isn't enough
Respite & short breaks
Family carers need rest. We provide planned short stays and, where we have capacity, emergency respite โ with the same standard of care as a permanent placement.
- Planned breaks from a single night to several weeks
- Emergency respite subject to availability and assessment
- A pre-stay visit so the placement isn't a shock
- Full handover of medication, routines and preferences
- A written summary of the stay given back to the family
Community & day support
A support plan that only covers washing and eating isn't a life. This service is about the rest of the week.
- Support into paid work, volunteering, college and training
- Sports, gyms, swimming, walking groups and hobbies
- Faith, culture and community groups
- Travel training to build confidence on public transport
- Help to maintain friendships and family relationships
Dementia & care for older adults
Familiarity, routine and patience matter enormously in dementia care. Our teams are trained to work with the person's reality rather than correcting it.
- Dementia-aware environments with clear signage and safe walking space
- Life-story work so staff know who someone has been, not just who they are today
- Consistent staffing to reduce distress and confusion
- Falls prevention, nutrition monitoring and skin integrity checks
- End-of-life care planned in advance with families and GPs
